The Office Assistant position provides timely, accurate, and professional administrative support in keeping with Pace high standards. This individual will work in Bahrain office, Sunday- Friday each week from 8:00 am – 5:30pm
Greets visitors and provides a professional, welcoming image of Stantec
Refer and direct calls, emails, and visitors as required
Schedule, track and assign meetings and conference room management for our busy client facing office
Coordinate lunch and learn seminars
Responsible for ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, orchestrate stationery and business card purchases
Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Ensures organization and cleanliness of the reception, lobby, kitchen, conference rooms and supply areas
Office communications via SharePoint site.
Provide administrative support to multiple stakeholders
Assists in scheduling meetings, travel and events for staff, when directed.
Assists in planning and logistics for staff/office parties and events.
Support the office safety and environmental program with various reporting requirements
Handles special projects in support of firm objectives as requested
Education and Experience
- 5 years’ experience in a professional office environment
- Certification or Associates’ degree from technical school or college in related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent English and Arabic language at both speaking and writing
