the perfect candidate will be responsible for couple of things:
-All office secretarial work including welcoming clients and visitors as well as forwarding inquiries and calls.
-Attending to calls and professional and keeping proper record of callers details.
-keeping the company filing system well organised and up to date.
-Book keeping of pity cash and daily expenses and forward them to the accounts department.
– Knowledge of travel related bookings, tickets, hotels both locally and internationally.
