- Create and maintain the operational platform for the business – structure, procedures, budgets and pricing.
- Recruit and train all staff for launch and ongoing.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the business ensuring deliverance of a world class service.
- Ensure a continuous review of pricing, costs and performance to ensure targets are set and met.
