The Operations Officer is responsible for the smooth execution of back-end operations pertaining to the prescribed processes to be followed for Prepaid cards, Loan products and other Payments Solutions launched by the company.
Ensure efficient flow of processes starting from card pre issuance to post issuance. Responsibilities will also include gaining adequate working knowledge on various Fintech Solutions & Technology updates and relationship management with internal teams, customers etc.
Completing customer onboarding process with the support of the Sales Team taking care of required KYC formalities and registration processes as per CBB requirements and Operations policies of the Company.
Vendor management for issuance of prepaid cards, stock management, order/reorder of cards and fulfilment kit..
Card transactions management including transaction monitoring, authorisation and analysis.
Handling first level reconciliations and settlement related to multicurrency as well as local currency card transactions.
Handling second level support for card transaction queries and taking appropriate action.
Ensuring all processes and policies related to Prepaid cards are executed flawlessly.
Working with external & Internal stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of processes.
Finishing assigned tasks as per the Turn Around Time (TAT) and ensuring that TATs are as per SLAs. Work with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to processes and prepare status reports.
Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual analysis.
Ensuring flawless process implementation resulting in highly effective Risk Control & Management, working with other stakeholders.
Effective troubleshooting as required to ensure seamless process flows.
Adapting to the dynamic nature of the Cards and Payments Business and be the first in welcoming changes to build operational efficiency.
