- To provide production application support to business teams which includes troubleshooting, interface and integration monitoring, customizations and enhancements of existing ones.
- Design and implement application enhancements in collaboration with different teams.
- Troubleshoot production support issues and come up with solutions.
- Interact with business stakeholders to understand their new requirements and system gaps and then come up with optimism resolution.
- Review Functional Specifications and work towards design Technical Specifications
- Review the Issues and escalate if required
