To provide assistant to payroll officer in all tasks as assigned.
Areas of Contribution and related responsibilties
- Collect timekeeping information, coordinate with concerned division, departments and project for obtaining overtime approvals
- Updates annual leaves, medical and other leaves in the system
- Prepare employees leave, advances and paybacks payments
- Closes payrolls periodically
- Assist in preparing reports for cash salary, bank transfer etc
- Reports discrepancy to payroll officer in regards to the timesheets and leave etc
- Generate reports and logs for payroll officer.
Report Development & Documentation
- Prepare reports, logs and updates relevant data on Al Dhow information system in order to ensure continuous availability of correct data.
Policies and Procedures
- Adhere all the time with the procedures and policies of Al Dhow.
- Identifies and corrects data discrepancies in order to eliminate errors and ensure the highest standards of data accuracy.
