1. Prepares monthly salary sheet for the employees according to Al-Borg salary and benefits policy.
2. Prepares salary deduction sheet with its justifications and implement it after the HR director approval according to AL-Borg salary deduction policy.
3. Prepares due payments on internal & external assignments according to the related policy.
4. Prepares end of service benefits for resigned and terminated staff according to end of service benefits policy.
5. Prepares over time sheet for the employees according to the overtime policy.
6. Prepares due housing allowance payments according to Alborg allowance benefits & policy.
7. Prepares other due payments for the employees according to the related policy.
8. Proceeds with the procedures needed to pay employees their (housing allowance, working assignments, extra hours, end of service and any additional due payment) and coordinates with the employees to receive them according to related policy
9. Keeps all the documents related to employees` salary and due payments.
10. Prepares monthly social insurance, and coordinates with the concerned official institutes.
11. Calculates annual vacation allowance for each employees whenever the employee is due for his or her annual vacation according to Alborg policy of vacation and leave holiday.
