1. Achieve the assigned Collection and Target Monthly.
2. Supervise efficiently sales team for timely collection of receivables from pharmacies.
3. Plan regular coverage for the territory assigned to him.
4. Monitor stock movement with each customer in order to evaluate proper time for collection.
5. Set collection goals and territories for the salesmen.
6. Maintain good relations with company colleagues and customers. Keep and maintain the company images and reputation.
7. Report to Sales Manager and General Manager weekly and monthly for his visits, collection achievement, plan, feedback and suggestion.
8. Able to solve customer’s problems and negotiate to close deals.
