Cincinnati: Multiple people were shot at a bank in the Midwestern US city of Cincinnati on Thursday morning, according to media and police reports.

Police said on Twitter they were “investigating active shooter/officer involved shooting incident at Fifth Third Bank.”

The shooting occurred in the bank’s lobby and loading dock, according to police.
Local media reported that several people were shot and transported to hospital, and the scene was secured at 9.15 am Eastern time (5.15pm UAE time).
WKRC television reported that four victims were admitted to one area hospital.
A large police presence cordoned off a portion of the city’s downtown, and several ambulances could be seen at the scene.
