Responsible for managing one or more projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction
Manages the Initiation of a project in adherence to KAIF PM Methodology:
 Develops, clarifies and manages project scope
 Gathers the project requirements.
 Develops project charter and obtains project owner approval on it.
 Conducts a Kick off Meeting.
Manages the Planning of a project in adherence to KAIF PM Methodology:
 Develops a project management plan, project schedule and estimated cost.
 Identifies risk and develops mitigation plans
Manages the execution, Monitoring and Control of a Project in adherence to the KAIF PM Methodology:
 Facilitates follows up, and monitors project activities in daily or task-based level and intensively at End-of-Phases and keep the PMO director and the project owner informed.
 Manages transition between phases.
 Evaluates the project performance.
 Manage vendor communication, deliverables and signoffs.
 Follows up with the vendor / project team on project owner feedback, issues, concerns and resolution of them.
 Monitors the budget and expenditure on the project to ensure adherence to the original cost estimates.
 Maintains contact with the project owner to ascertain the project requirements and level of satisfaction with progress and performance
 Manages project files/documents.
 Records the minutes of the project review meetings & follows-up on action items.
 Provides project status reports and reviews with the project owners.
 Controls changes in the scope of work.
 Escalate critical risks and issues according to the escalation process.
Manages the closure of a Project in adherence to the KAIF PM Methodology:
 Obtains the Final Acceptance from the customer
 Evaluate the vendor/ project team performance.
 Produces final closure report with Lessons Learned report
Adheres to the KAIF PM Templates, processes, tools and procedures.
