Public Officer – Qatar



  • Obtain all necessary police documentation and reports.     
  • Complete Petroserv accident report and make a recommendation to senior    management on the allocation of blame and apportionment of costs of repair.  
  • Ensure that the recommendations are acted on by senior management.
  • Manage the process of notification to Human Resources for reclaiming of monies where appropriate.


  • Manage the process of insurance company liaison including:
  1. Opening file.
  2. Taking photographs.
  3. Determining repair costs.


  • Prepare all necessary paperwork to obtain local licensing.
  • Make all necessary arrangements for complying with local licensing conditions. 
  • Ensure that the staff licensing process, including renewals, is managed effectively. Also make recommendations for improvements in the process where necessary.  


  • Ensure that all vehicles have the necessary road permits by managing the permitting process appropriately.   
  • Liaison with the necessary authorities to obtain all relevant permits and authorities to mobilize and demobilize equipment


  • Undertake any assigned tasks to the best ability.
