· Guide visitors to concerned employees or departments.
· Arrange and reserve meeting rooms for requesters.
· Arrange and distribute post and faxes.
· Check and receipt bottles of drinking water.
· Arrange and manage stationery sub-store.
· Receive stationery requests and provide requesters with their needs.
· Receive, follow up and deliver business card requests.
· Apply all safety procedures.
· Raise any violations inside building to Admin Management. Arrange punch machine (add, remove, change)
· Follow up building maintenance issues to concerned team.
· Take readings for Xerox machines in building and confirm it to supplier.
· Responsible for the asset furniture in the building.
Check parking violation and report it to the concerned person.
