Reservations Supervisor – Versatile Consultancy – United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a ‘Reservations Supervisor’ for a Five Star Hotel in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates.

Designation: Reservations Supervisor

  • Reports to: Reservations Manager / Revenue Manager

Package: AED 3000 – AED 4000 plus Language Allowance AED 300 plus Accommodation plus Transport


  • The candidate must be a Arab Speaking.
  • Must have UAE Experience.

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The Reservation Supervisor is responsible for the training and coaching of his/her team according to the standards agreed upon within the hotel. He/she is also responsible for the training of his/her team in obtaining the necessary specific skills and demands needed as a sales/service consultant.
  • The Reservation Supervisor is expected to work out the administrative procedures to facilitate the job within the team to ensure promptness and accuracy towards customers and in-house colleagues.
  • The Reservation Supervisor is expected to work with the same tasks as the reservation agents.
  • Contributes to maximum occupancy of the hotel by assisting in maintaining accurate inventory control for rooms
  • Check CRS reservations and OXI messages
  • Uses up-selling techniques
  • Check Reservations done on the day
  • Check Arrivals
  • Follow up on No Shows
  • Maximizes customer satisfaction and hotel revenue by promoting other services and facilities to guests (Visa, Airport transfers, Marhaba services)
  • Backs-up Reservations Manager / Revenue Manager in all duties:
    – Setting yield controls in the PMS/CRS in order based on the forecasted demand in order to ensure maximum revenue potential in conjunction with the Hotel’s overall performance objectives.
    – Ensuring Hotel compliance with Rezidor/Brand Pricing and E-Commerce policies.
    – Ensuring proper PMS data management, i.e. inventory management, segmentation, rate loading.
    – Ensures parallel pricing and inventory is maintained between the Hotel and Curtis-C and other distribution channels.
  • Ensures active communication between the Sales team, M&E team and Front Office team of all reservation related issues.
  • Participates actively to Revenue Meetings
