- Manage the restaurant administration & supervise the cleanliness and organization.
- Supervise the coordination between sections so that the food and service is provided promptly to guest.
- Supervise the quality of food & drinks and its presentation from time to time so that poor food does not reach guest.
- Supervise the hygiene and food safety practices in the restaurant.
- Manage discipline and cooperation between staff to get the best output.
- Supervise and coordinate the training in the restaurant so that the trainee is ready on time.
- Involve in the detail cleaning of the sections, kitchen and restaurant as needed.
- Take instructions from the Manager- Operations and execute.
- Maintain a cordial and cooperative team atmosphere in the restaurant to run the operation smoothly.
- Safe guard the equipments and products of the restaurant from being misused.
