- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships using a blend of conventional and hi-tech connectivity.
- Assist in finding relevant clients and customers by collaborating with the company’s many teammates.
- Boost company revenue and achieve sales targets by taking appropriate measures into consideration.
- Manage typical conversion rate, sales call, revenue, and other reports in a precise manner for accurate evaluation.
- Take charge of promotional and sales activities by brainstorming new product or service launches with appropriate team members.
- Understanding and promoting the company’s Products & Services as assigned.
• Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards
• Arrange and replenish on a continuous basis the shop shelves and ensure that the shop floor and shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times in alignment with the brand’s image and coordination standards
• Provide exceptional customer service by performing up-selling, cross-selling, suggesting alternatives and following up on customers’ requests.
• Maintain updated knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment & exchanges, and answer customers’ questions regarding the store, its items and the promotions
• Handle cash register and transactions with the customers in an effective and accurate manner as required
• Help the customer to select items based on his/her needs and desires and try to convert his/her interests into sales
• Handle customer complaints, resolve their issues as much as possible and enhance the customer experience
• Ability to work under minimum supervision & work under pressure.
• He/she should be target oriented & ability to reached the target with available resource.
