Job Location: Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al-Khobar
Implements the sales operations at IBSF by executing the sales plan and achieving set sales targets.
· Forwards sales orders to the Projects Control Department.
· Coordinates with the Projects Control Department regarding the availability of finished goods, the time needed for manufacturing, availability of raw materials, and delivering finished products.
· Implements sales related activities and processes including sales offers, negotiation as well as preparation and review of documentation requirements.
· Contacts potential clients in the region to introduce IBSF products.
· Analyzes the sales business process and sales results to identify potential bottlenecks, new opportunities and strategic advantages.
· Visits Subsidiary clients on a regular basis to manage and maintain the relationships.
· Resolves and follows-up on customer complaints regarding Subsidiary products.
· Searches and tracks all tenders published in newspapers, the internet, networks or other means.
