- Build and maintain strong / solid partners with the assigned accounts.
- Responsible for identifying opportunities and liaising with Key Account Managers to achieve growth and profitability.
- Ensure high level of customer service through appropriate follow up, sales proposition and efficient planning.
- Ensure collection as per the agreed terms with the customers.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
- Facilitate, negotiate, and supervise payment terms and agreements with customers.
