• Implementing of the plans for the sales and update them periodically under the supervision of sales manager and coordination with the responsible in the marketing department.
• Managing the Database for customers and segment the groups of clients and update them in coordination with the marketing department.
• Build-up a sales pipeline of wedding and banqueting customers in coordination with the sales manager.
• Start targeting with customers listed on the pipeline and start arranging meetings and perform of processes related to sales cycle.
• Coordinate with marketing department to bring the advertising and marketing material for Functions, and coordination with MKT Dept. regarding toolkits which provided to clients under supervision of sales Manager.
• Conducting the meetings with target customers and provide them with all the services provided by the company to its customers.
• Preparing distinctive presentation of company’s history and show client the special characteristics of the company and the benefits expected from placing the function in the company.
• Continuous follow-up with customers and provides them with all the details are eligible to complete the sales process.
