Sales Manager – Kuwait

  1. Devise and implement sales strategies and promotions, pricing & discounting policies etc.
  2. Prepare and coordinate monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets for the sales department
  3. Manage all sales aspects of company business such as physical distributions, product and development distribution
  4. Initiate and follow up sales leads, qualify potential accounts, manage, negotiate, and close sales opportunities
  5. Ensure proper assessment/evaluation of the sales performance and motivation of the sales team
  6. Meet and/or exceed annual sales quota including commission earnings
  7. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports on sales performance, market analysis, competition activities, market trends, etc
  8. Monitor daily market visits of the sales team and make sure those customers concerns are addressed in a timely manner
  9. Recruit, Apprise, train, coach, mentor, and supervise sales team
  10. Performs any other duties as assigned by management
  11. Looking for candidates who have previous experience in air conditioning
