Role in Brief: Has an extensive experience in designing and implementing strategic sales Plans, setting sales targets, creating merchandising tactics, effectively leading team, monitoring excellence in customer service, capturing new sales market share, dedicated to recover lost customers, and maintain ascending revenue growth targets.
ü Should have Proven ability to drive the sales process in both Modern Trade and Traditional Trade
ü Strong business sense and industry expertise
ü Proven mentoring, coaching and people management skills
ü Shall hold bachelor’s in business administration, MBA or Any other equivalent.
ü Should have minimum 10 – 12 years’ experience with FMCG leading industries in the Gulf Region
