Sales/Marketing Executive – Black & Grey HR – United Arab Emirates

Converts brand strategies into innovative action plans to achieve marketing growth opportunities and develops new strategies to leverage market segments
Applies an understanding of consumer, market and industry trends to daily work activities associated with the development and execution of brand-building opportunities
Manages resources, tasks, contracts, scope, and budgets for projects; supports and manages budgeting, contract agreements, and invoice payment for vendor-related work
Assists in development and responsible for management of franchise partner marketing calendars
Assists in sourcing of potential franchise partners for key development markets
Manages roll out and execution of key initiatives across multiple franchise partners and restaurants
Assist in development of long-term creative global marketing, sales, and PR strategies while defining clear direction and vision to align international marketing-related efforts
Leverage relationships to drive top line sales and heighten consumer awareness
Drive implementation of regional and local marketing programs through creative and innovative initiatives, primarily focusing on driving traffic and sales, generating awareness, and developing relationships, included but not limited to: on-site campaigns, events driven promotions, community outreach, revenue driving outreach, loyalty programs
Assist in evaluating each market and its opportunities in partnerships, public relations, and overall local market integration in the sectors in which we operate
Develop a toolbox of successful ideas to be used by the field in educating franchise and international sales and marketing managers on ideas to drive top line sales
Leverages internal and external data, research, and analytic insights to analyze and identify opportunities for growth, brand relevancy, and guest engagement at macro and individual concept level
In partnership with operations, measures and reports against plan outcomes
Assist in development and execution social media marketing strategy and plan for all international locations
Assist in development of overall content marketing strategy (websites, blogs, posts, etc.) for group and individual locations to adapt to their respective area(s)
Responsible for business systems and vendor relationships for data polling system and marketing platform as well as kitchen monitoring system
