Sales Representative – Kuwait

 Office / internal work:

  • Have a deep understanding and thorough knowledge of the products and services offered
  • Collaborate with other departments to prepare common strategies
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets
  • Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Maintain client records and updates
  • Work closely with marketing department to help build the brand

Lead Generation:

  • Find prospective clients and new target segments
  • Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients
  • Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
  • Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
  • Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with clients

Positive clients relationships

  • Act as the point of contact and handle clients’ individual needs
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
  • Attend to clients complaints and queries
  • Make recommendations for clients
  • Establish long term relationship with clients

Industry analysis

  • Observe new products, and market conditions to understand clients’ specific needs
  •  Identify emerging markets and market shifts
  • Complete market research and monitor competitor activity
