UMM AL QAIWAIN, 19th April, 2018 (WAM) — The Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla Charitable and Humanitarian Est. has offered AED2.143 million to benefit 470 students from struggling families, who applied for assistance to pay for their education.
Sheikh Majid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla Charitable and Humanitarian Est., said that based on the directives of H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, the establishment offers assistance to the underprivileged and families with limited income.
Rashid Hamad Al Hamar, Director-General of the Establishment, explained that the educational assistance is part of the establishment’s general strategy to offer support and aid to the entire community, as well as its goal to assist the underprivileged, needy and students while offering social services and spreading awareness, to achieve social solidarity among the community.
