– Experience of working as part of a Scouts program or similar project
– Employment or relevant experience with youth groups (e.g. Canadian Scouts, Army Foundation, Duke of Edinburgh, Cadets, Junior Leaders, Sports Clubs, NEET students or other relevant group)
– Experience of working with Youth Services
Experience of implementing effective Health and Safety policies
– Experience of implementing a wide range of teaching/training and learning strategies
Proven track record of success as an outstanding instructor/trainer
– Proven track record of effective behavior management
– Experience/good understanding of the development and implementation of scout related training programs
– Experience of vocational education/training
