Your Role: Accountable to follow up and arrange amendment in policy in timely manner. Review and receive the documents, arrange any additional information on policy and resolve any discrepancy. Deliver the policy to the client after taking acknowledgement. Update policy amendment tracker on regular basis. Provide reports to the management. Filing of all the documents in respective files for easy retrieval. Keep all client policy information confidential. Handle customer complain and resolve in timely manner. Perform duties assigned by the management from time to time.
