Senior Project Manager HR Systems – Huxley Banking & Financial Services – United Arab Emirates
On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for the below mentioned position:
Title: Senior Project Manager – HR Reengineering and HR Systems Implementation
Reports to: Head of HR
Develop HR Project Charter and Plan with Senior HR Management and in coordination with selected implementation partners, the IT Project Manager and other IT functions.
Manage the full HR project life cycle from initiation to closeout (scope, schedule, budget and quality) for first two phases and later possible implementations.
Drive the HR project team to:
Develop a clear plan, and detailed deliverables for individual modules and processes.
Review current processes with HR Team and reengineer to best practice maximizing self-service and workflow capabilities of the systems.
Develop decision rules that will result in maximum automation of processes with a particular emphasis on benefits, allowances, and payroll/ life cycle changes.
Maximize multi country, currency and payroll capabilities.
Develop world-class MIS and Business Intelligence including predictive forecasting and planning.
Deliver dashboards, employee/manager self-service functionality, employee networking forums, online and mobile technology applications.
Agree project completion, handover criteria with implementation partners, HR Senior Management, HR Process owners and users.
Ensure all HR project documentation are updated and maintained to include project initiation documents, project plans, risk and issue logs, change control documents and any other information for the project Identify dependencies with other projects Liaise with all project sponsors and stakeholders Ensure all projects are completed and handed over to relevant HR departments with appropriate communication, training and change management provided on time.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Commerce, Engineering, Computer Science or related field of study Professional experience in HR, Payroll management as well as PeopleSoft, Oracle, SA, Success or other HR software preferred Success in implementations AS-IS to the TO-BE phases of Full Life Cycle in the Business Process Work Flow that includes Designing, Final Preparation, Pre-Go Live, Go Live and Support Phases in Oracle/SAP/Fusion/ Other HRMS/HCM Implementations, particularly successful payroll implementations.
Extensive experience in implementation of Core HR system , Payroll, Learning Management System, Succession Planning/Development, Talent acquisition/On boarding, Compensation & Benefits Management and Workforce Planning & Analytics Substantial working knowledge in project management methodology and long term experience in managing projects/programs Working knowledge of project management software desirable Experience in working with IT departments and implementation partners in delivering major HRMS/HCM projects.

Concurrent experience in the following areas:
HR related experience 10 – 12 years
Project Management – Project Manager (large/complex HRMS/HCM implementation) 10-12 years Oracle/SAP/PeopleSoft – HR/ HRMS 10-12 years ERP – HR/Payroll 5 – 7 years
