Senior Supervisor- HR – ManpowerGroup Middle East – Saudi Arabia


• Ensure the implementation of company policies and procedures
• Suggest improvements in the current policies and procedures
• Oversee all GOSI, HRDF, and medical insurance operations and ensure that they are carried out timely and effectively by the HR team
• Oversee investigations and support the ethics committee in resolving employees issues
• Monitor internal HR system to ensure that all employees’ information in complete and updated
• Identify areas of improvement in his/her subordinates and ensure their continuous growth
• Coach and provide formal and informal positive constructive feedback to ensure that work is carried in an efficient manner
• Recommend training needs to bridge staff skill gap
• Develop and recommend improvements to employment offers and contracts and ensure they are updated as per Saudi Labor Law
• Manpower planning and setting recruitment strategy
• Provide consultancy and guidance to others as and when required
• Conduct quarterly meetings with the management and present the HR Report
• Ensure compliance with the Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation.
• Perform other job related projects and/or assignments that he/she might be asked to do by his/her direct supervisor/manager for special assistance that are often not mentioned in this job description as they arise under specific circumstances
