Shaikh Khalifa offers condolences

Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan has expressed his condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the crash of a Russian passenger plane on Sunday, which killed all 71 people on board.

In a message of condolences, Shaikh Khalifa extended his sincere sympathies to President Putin, the Russian people and the families of the victims.

Similar cables were sent to the Russian President by His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
