Shipping Specialist – Al Qaryan – United Arab Emirates

•          Prepare and verify all outgoing shipping documentation.

•          Responsible for sending sales invoice, delivery notes and weight tickets to customers

•          Create reports summarizing daily shipment activities.

•          Contacts carriers, forwarder for shipment BOL (Bill of Lading) draft.

•          Enters data into the SAP system

•          Reviews and confirms shipment BOL draft

•          Accurately and timely processes vendor billing invoice

•          Maintain outgoing shipping documentation such as manifest, BOL draft, and others.

•          Process and submit all shipping documentation to buyers or traders.

•          Prepare collection order for all shipping documentation

•          Process and submit all shipping documentation to bank

•          Collect air way bill number from bank for all CAD shipping documents
