Job Title: Store keeper
– Spare parts inventory.
-Daily consumption and receiving reports.
-Keeping an updated list of the spare parts stock.
– Monthly stock report submission to the Finance Department.
– Monitor consignment stock based on consumption.
– Spare parts ordering- Following Re-Ordering Level(ROL).
– Securing warranty for the shipment.
– Arrange the proper time return and replacement/ return of defective items under warranty.
– Wrongly ordered or delivered item/s in coordination with the Purchasing Department.
– Keeping the material stores oraganized, labeled according to consignment stock policy.
– Ensure only for authorized person have access to store.
2. Bachelors degree.
3. Indian nationals.
