We have partnered with a luxury, global fashion brand who are searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, working on all roles across their retail and corporate functions across the Middle East.
This is an amazing opportunity to join a successful fashion house who are ever-expanding and have had huge brand exposure within the luxury arena. There is also full autonomy with this role, being solely in charge of retail recruitment processes – whilst working very closely with the HR Business Partner.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
