• Good knowledge in the field of software development and support
• Good control and planning abilities
• Managerial Experience in resource management, financial, technical, quality management and cost control
• experience of setting up appropriate organizational structures to deliver services
• Responsible for customer satisfaction, service definition
• Responsible for KPI, resource level management, Planning / estimation of development works
• Overall responsibility for service and longer-term service evolution
• Managing KPI performance of support and scripting resources
• Very good level of English communication skills as well as Leadership and supervisory skills.
• Good skills in customer relations management and understanding of ITIL practices.
