Team leader (Telecommunications Support Services ) – Wipro Limited – Oman

Candidates shall have the following experience/skills/knowledge
• Good knowledge in the areas of telecommunications, data networks, field projects management and execution, service level agreements.
• Experience in managing operational activities of multiple operations team in large geographical areas.
• Good estimation, control and planning abilities
• Managerial Experience in resource management, technical, quality management and cost control
• Responsible for KPI, formulating team structure, resource levels management, Planning / estimation of operations and infrastructure project activities.
•  Carryout and supervise the execution of in-house and contracted-out IT infrastructure (Telecom and Computing) projects respectively, according to the project plan and scope while maintaining Company quality and HSE standards.
•  Conduct quality assurance and control during installation, testing and commissioning phases.
•  Manage project installation team responsible for the implementation of in-house projects.
• Experience in leading a technical and operations team, managing the project operations.
• Experience in data & document management and various MIS reporting.
• Experience in surveying, estimation, planning and execution of communications infrastructure projects.
• Experience in the management of HSE
• Very good level of English communication skills as well as Leadership and supervisory skills.
• Good skills in customer relations management and understanding of ITIL practices.
