-Prepare schedules, allocate trainees to different courses and monitor attendance.
-Produce certificates for training participants.
To record, collate and retain management information to demonstrate progress against KPIs and departmental goals and objectives.
-Monitor regulatory requirements for employees’ trainings and ensure that all requirements and subsequent changes are reflected in all statutory and mandatory trainings.
-Analysing training needs in conjunction with identified gaps and learning needs.
-Coordinate for meetings between the training and development head and line managers.
-Monitor the allocated budget and accordingly provide updates.
-Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
-research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.
