Training Manager – Alghanim Industries – Kuwait

  • Ensures that all stores in market meet the required Coffee Excellence standards, through training and coaching and use of the different training and coaching tools available in every store
  • o Communicate any changes or updates to the Brand Excellence Manual
    o Develops process to ensure that the Brand Excellence Manual is always up to date
    o Facilitate and engage with suppliers in order to facilitate the manual editing and printing according to market needs.

  • o Ensures Induction materials are always up to date within market
    o Provides the induction plan for every new batch of employees and ensures that each team member has a clear idea of what happens in their training
  • Work closely with product manager by testing new products in the market and provides detailed information to the product manager in order to put on the POS
    o Plan and implement any Training module or team engagement activity to support any new business initiative or any internationally recognized product launch
  • Works closely with Operations/functional management in assessing existing and future employee development requirements. Consults with operations, manages their expectations, and provides flexibility of training options whilst maintaining quality and consistency that meets Company standards
  • Facilitates development training for operations and support functions
    o Reviews suitability of existing programmes and makes recommendations for continuous improvement
