Tunisia ties back to normal: UAE ministry

The move comes after intensive security coordination and exchange of information with Tunisian side

Abu Dhabi: Things are back to normal with Tunisia, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation announced on Thursday.

In light of the bilateral relations with Tunisia and for the safety of air navigation and as part of thwarting dangers and threats that must be avoided, the UAE’s competent authorities said that things are now back to normal with Tunisia to what they were before the emergency circumstances.

The move comes after intensive security coordination and exchange of information with Tunisian side.

The Ministry said that it appreciates the highly important cooperation and close relations between the UAE and Tunisia. It also appreciates the information provided by the Tunisian side and its keenness to resolve all concerns of the UAE national carriers, which thereby ensures the highest security and safety of flights and passengers.
