UAE, Denmark exploring climate change cooperation

COPENHAGEN, 28th April, 2019 (WAM) — Ways of developing cooperation and investment between the UAE and Denmark in the field of climate change and energy transformation were the main focus of a meeting held between the UAE Ambassador to Denmark Fatima Khamis Al Mazrouie and the Danish Minister of Energy, Utilities and Climate Lars Christian Lilleholt.

At the meeting, Al Mazrouie noted that Abu Dhabi will host the preparatory meeting of the United Nations Climate Change Summit next June, in addition to the 24th World Energy Congress scheduled to be held from 9th – 12th September 2019.
