Job Description
To provide administrative and coordination support to the Business Development team in business development opportunities across the cluster, including both new and current business partner opportunities and support the provision of a seamless customer service process for business partners that encourages maximum revenue and customer retention & satisfaction across the cluster Job Purpose 
 
Assist the Business Development team to close new sales deals to generate sales and exceed pre set sales target to ensure revenue through sales for the organization’s profitability.

Understand and attend to clients’ needs and provide information on the best real estate buy, prices, advice on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions according to customer requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers via meetings, telephone calls , emails and visits to prospect for new business to ensure good clientele database

Scan the local markets, coordinate with real estate brokers and update the client database to gain a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements.

Liaison with R&L, Security and Leasing for approvals of new business partners and provide excellent customer service and present full product knowledge to the potential clients and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with various stakeholders for after sales transactions and follow-up in order to provide excellent service to customers and ensure satisfaction.

Provide administrative support in handling partner queries/complaints and promptly coordination with Legal, Facilities Management, and Finance etc. on various partners issues related to invoicing, leasing legal issues, outstanding payments etc. and ensure the issues are resolved based on the SLA.

Prepare lease agreements, drafts and proposals as per defined procedures and provide administrative support for registration of clients as per terms and conditions in order to support business opportunities for the Cluster.

Coordinate with clients for the issuance and renewal of lease, trade licenses and permits, assist in the timely collections of accounts receivables from partners and liaison to reconcile statements and ensure accuracy of billing to provide efficient customer service.

Collate all client documentation such as contracts, license and passport copies etc, maintain correspondence and provide administrative support to the management of the Cluster in order to ascertain smooth business operations and effective workflow.

Manage the filing system and ensure proper arrangements of a library for proper documentation of related reports and other correspondence in order to provide easy accessibility to data to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.

Liaise with customers and ensure smooth settlement of customer issues and queries in order to increase customer satisfaction.

Provide support for the collection of information related to client feedback to provide management front line data to understand public opinion, gauge visitor experience or make business and marketing decisions.
