As Website Operations Lead you will be responsible for managing the day to day operational activities of the Website, e-shop, SEO and keeping the website and ecommerce catalogue up-to-date to achieve revenue targets.
Your key accountabilities will be handling operational updates of the website and managing the development team to develop small-scale functionalities. You will be the single point of contact for all website operation inquiries and liaise with cross-functional teams to gather, prioritize and execute requirements. In addition, you will assist the website product owners in jointly develop functionalities; perform basic digital analytics and reporting; ensure website and e-shop are up-to-date at all times and manage the web self-care operations.
