We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team working on cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and systems to solve real-world challenges. This role requires a combination of strong programming skills, theoretical knowledge, and practical experience in AI/ML.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms and models for large-scale applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define AI/ML solutions to business and technical problems.
Build and maintain pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Deploy AI/ML models in production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Conduct model evaluation, testing, and iteration to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Research and apply state-of-the-art techniques in AI, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed models and implement continuous improvements.
Document development processes, methodologies, and results for team and stakeholder reference.
