BIM Designer – Al Thawiya Recruitment Services – United Arab Emirates

• Prepare BIM models and 2D and 3D drawings for a wide range of infrastructure projects involving buildings, and structures.
• Responsible for ensuring technical quality, coordination, integrity, and cost effectiveness of drawings produced.
• Follow guidelines, standards, and procedures to effectively execute assigned work.
• Ensure that the level of design work is appropriate for the complexity of the construction tasks.
• Interface with other members of the design and management team on multiple discipline project including with the Global Delivery Centres when required.
• Adhere to assigned budgets and schedules.
• Check compliance with QA/Safety/Environment goals.
• Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the company
• Safety – Responsible for personal safety and implementing safe working practices.
• HSE – Understand and follow OH&S procedures
