- Multilingual Support: Speak Farsi (Persian) and English fluently to assist customers in both languages.
- Educate Customers: Guide customers on using our trading platform, interpreting market data, and understanding forex market concepts.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and common issues to contribute to the improvement of our services.
