Customer Service Representative – IFM Solutions – United Arab Emirates

  1. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers through various channels (email, chat, and phone) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.
  2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our forex trading platform and related products to assist customers effectively and provide accurate information.
  3. Problem Resolution: Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective problem resolution.
  4. Multilingual Support: Speak Farsi (Persian) and English fluently to assist customers in both languages.
  5. Educate Customers: Guide customers on using our trading platform, interpreting market data, and understanding forex market concepts.
  6. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and common issues to contribute to the improvement of our services.
  7. Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and product updates to provide informed support and advice.
