As a Content specialist to provide best quality product information on the website Waterstore.ae.
As an E-commerce operator to provide client assistance through e-mail and telephone, in order to help customers to make their pre-purchasing decision.
Duties and responsibilities:
- To produce, optimize and publish products on our website, ensuring that visitors have seamless and positive user-experience
- To collect, classify and edit high quality information according to the product description – images, videos, technical information.
- To update the existing products on website according to requirements (prices, text, images)
- Professionally handle incoming requests from clients. To provide all necessary information about products on the website by e-mail and telephone by request during the income calls and on-line orders placed on our website, i.e. technical details about products, as well as availability, prices, discounts, shipment information.
- Maintenance and updating of customer portfolio data in CRM.
