Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs
- Conduct regular HSE inspections and audits
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions
- Provide HSE training and education to employees
- Manage emergency response plans
- Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE regulations, codes, and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address HSE risks
- Prepare and submit HSE reports
