- Archiving: Organizing and maintaining records and documents in a systematic manner for easy retrieval and reference.
- KYC (Know Your Customer): Conducting due diligence procedures to verify the identity of clients/vendors and the Company with the 3d parties and assess associated risks.
- Agreements Review and Comparison: Analyzing legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Other Tasks Assigned by the General Counsel: Supporting the legal team and the company with various administrative and legal tasks as delegated by the General Counsel.
