We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the construction and building industry. Develop and implement logistics strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high service levels. 3. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the availability of materials and equipment required for construction projects, particularly heavy machinery. 4. Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. 5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the logistics process. 6. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to shipments, inventory levels, and delivery schedules, utilizing SAP for tracking and reporting. 7. Conduct regular audits of logistics operations to ensure adherence to best practices and company policies. 8. Manage relationships with transportation and logistics providers to negotiate contracts and service agreements. 9. Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts related to logistics operations. 10. Provide training and support to team members on logistics procedures and best practices, including SAP usage. Preferred Candidate: 1. Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role, preferably within the construction or building industry, with a focus on heavy machinery. 2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. 4.
