Job Description:
Lead the review and alignment of subcontractor, supplier, and contractor programs_ensuring seamless coordination of long-lead procurement and interdependent project packages within a master schedule that drives on-time delivery.
Monitor and analyse schedule performance using advanced “what-if” and time-impact analyses to identify risks early, implement corrective measures, and safeguard key milestones and deadlines.
Oversee the evaluation of EOT and disruption claims through data-driven delay analysis, facilitating transparent coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve timely resolutions.
Deliver executive-level progress reports, maintain meticulous project documentation, and issue performance or delay notices to uphold accountability, quality, and schedule integrity across all phases.
