Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
– Manage the reservation system and waitlist, ensuring accurate seating arrangements.
– Lead the guests to their tables, providing them with menus and answering any initial questions.
– Monitor table rotation and availability, communicating with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth operations.
– Maintain a clean and organized hostess station, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked and readily available.
– Respond to phone inquiries, providing accurate information and addressing guest concerns.
– Collaborate with the waitstaff and management to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
– Perform other duties as assigned by management.
