Job Description:
- Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing orders.
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, planning, and production teams for timely order execution and delivery.
- Track outstanding payments, follow up with customers, and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely collections
- Maintain sales records, update CRM/Excel sheets, and generate reports for management review.
