- Providing accurate product information, including features, pricing, and after-sales services, while offering suitable solutions to customers’ needs
- Enhancing customer engagement through friendly greetings, prompt responses to inquiries, and exceptional service, leading to a better shopping experience
- Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of product details, competitive advantages, supplier information, and customization options, both for B2C and B2B customers
- Facilitating efficient workflow by promptly communicating and following up on B2B sales with the responsible Manager
- Conducting thorough comparisons of price, quality, and features with direct competitors to simplify purchasing decisions for customers.
